The Role As a Flex Site Centre Director, you will play a critical role supporting services that require experienced leadership and operational guidance. This position sits between a Centre Director and Area Manager in scope, offering a broader leadership perspective while remaining closely connected to service operations. Your responsibilities will include: Operational leadership Provide hands-on leadership to centres requiring support, ensuring smooth operations and consistent compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements. Team leadership and culture development Work with established teams to strengthen culture, build engagement, and promote professional accountability and growth. Compliance and quality improvement Support services in maintaining strong regulatory compliance and preparing for Assessment & Rating visits through structured operational guidance. Reportable conduct management Manage sensitive matters with professionalism, ensuring all regulatory and organisational obligations are met. Financial and operational oversight Support budgeting processes and operational planning to maintain sustainable service performance. Leadership support and stability Provide stability during leadership transitions or operational challenges, ensuring teams remain supported and services continue to perform at a high level.
