About the Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Territory Manager will play a pivotal role in building relationships, driving sales growth, and strengthening brand presence across your region.
You'll be the kind of person who "makes it happen"; driven, energetic, and solutions focused, with a genuine appreciation for the agricultural industry and the people within it.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and grow dealer and reseller relationships across your assigned territory.
– Nurture sales leads and drive opportunities for the Agribin and Brookfield brands.
– Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM data throughout the sales process.
– Represent the brands at field days, trade events, and dealer visits.
About You:
– You'll bring enthusiasm, commercial acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to everything you do.
– You'll enjoy the challenge of balancing relationship management with structured sales delivery.
What You'll Bring:
– Proven experience in territory sales, account management, or business development, ideally in the agricultural or manufacturing sectors.
– Experience using a CRM system to track activity and pipeline progress.
