Above Benchmark is one of Australia's leading Mystery Shopping Providers. Our business is growing and we're recruiting Mystery Shoppers from all over Australia.
We are looking for individuals who can visit shops, cafes, fast food chains, beauty clinics, pharmacies and even vets in their local area to evaluate customer service, food quality, cleanliness and overall experience.
Requirements:
1. Able to access reliable internet, email and a mobile phone
2. A desktop computer, laptop, tablet or iPad required for tasks
3. Fantastic observational skills and an excellent memory essential for the role
4. The ability to think fast and improvise when necessary
5. Fantastic communication skills; verbal and written important for this job
6. The ability to read and follow instructions accurately
7. Confidence in using computers/programs/smartphones, etc.
Benefits:
Paid for every completed job with payments ranging from $20–$65 for onsite visits and $15–$30 for phone calls. Meals and purchases are included in addition to payment.
