We are now looking for a high calibre Sales Administrator who is ready to take ownership, support senior leadership, and help our national sales function run at its best. If you want variety, responsibility, and the chance to shape how a team operates day to day, this role offers exactly that.

This is your chance to become the backbone of a high performing sales and operations team.

What You'll Own:Executive Support

* Manage and assist with executive, schedules, and day to day tasks and priorities
* Coordinate travel, meetings, minutes, and action follow ups
* Support HR tasks including onboarding, induction, and process documentation
* Assist with budgeting and planning for leadership and sales events

Sales Team Coordination

* Support the national sales team with reporting, KPI entry, and travel logistics
* Maintain CRM and ERP accuracy, onboarding new users where required
* Coordinate internal communications, training sessions, and sales calendars
* Assist with vendor onboarding and compliance documentation

Office Operations

* Keep the office running at a high standard every day
* Oversee purchasing for both office and warehouse needs
* Liaise with contractors and suppliers
* Coordinate uniforms, merchandise, staff lunches, and team events
* Maintain accurate employee records

What You Bring

* Experience in office administration, sales support, or executive assistance
* Strong organisation skills and the ability to stay ahead of competing priorities
* Active communication skills and a solutions focused mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Experience with Salesforce and Trello is highly regarded
* Someone who enjoys being relied on, trusted, and appreciated
