* 3 x 12 hour shift (6pm-6am (Monday - Wednesday)
* Based onsite Asquith, fixed night shift (3 day work week – hourly rate + 30% shift allowance)

We're seeking a motivated Operator to join our Production Team, where you'll play a key role in producing high‐quality products enjoyed by millions. You'll work a fixed shift pattern across a 3‐day work week, giving you more time outside of work.
What you'll do:
* Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
* Ensure products meet Mars' quality and safety standards.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Complete clear shift handovers and plan ahead for schedule changes.
* Work collaboratively to achieve team production targets.

* Have an interest in working in manufacturing.

* Able to follow procedures and show initiative.
* Mechanical aptitude desirable but not essential.
