Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Buyer's Agent Assistant for a full time, onsite position located in north Brisbane, QLD. The Buyer's Agent Assistant will support the Buyer's Agent and Agency functions including but not limited to the following:
* Property sourcing and shortlisting
* Back-end and administrative support
* Client onboarding
* Due diligence assistance
* Assisting with inspections
* Assisting with marketing and related tasks
Qualifications
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a client-focused approach
* Ability to manage schedules, coordinate tasks, and work collaboratively with a team
* Previous experience within the real estate or property related environment is not essential
* QLD Driver's license and reliable transport is essential
* Queensland Real Estate Registration (or willingness to obtain)
