About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our overnight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all property operations during the overnight shift, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
* Represent management in handling and resolving any guest or operational concerns.
* Assist in managing issues and completing key overnight tasks.
Monitoring Property Operations:
* Supervise overnight activities, including late-night arrivals and early departures.
* Reconcile daily audits with the Finance team.
* Ensure compliance with brand and procedural standards.
* Monitor departmental supplies and maintain a safe working environment.
* Support inventory counts and contribute to meeting guest satisfaction targets.
* Monitor employee performance and uphold service standards.
Supporting Profitability & Revenue Goals:
* Analyze financial data to identify operational improvements.
* Address guest issues efficiently and effectively.
* Monitor chargebacks, rebates, and discrepancies.
* Enforce cash-handling protocols and investigate variances.
* Work closely with the leadership team to implement corrective action plans.
Requirements:
* Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
* Relevant experience in a similar role.
* A valid Driver's License is required.
* Full Working rights in Australia.
* Self-motivated and driven in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Prior luxury hotel experience would be preferable.
