About the Role:
As Travel Team Leader, you'll oversee and guide your team in delivering bespoke, tailored travel experiences. You'll focus on driving revenue growth, mentoring and motivating your team, and implementing strategies to enhance performance. Client satisfaction will remain at the heart of everything you do, while fostering a collaborative culture that ensures both individual and team success.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Drive team performance by executing effective sales strategies and maintaining consistency throughout the sales cycle.
* Work closely with management to align team outcomes with overall business objectives
* Provide accurate insights into team results and key performance metrics
* Develop a growing sales team to achieve individual sales performance and group targets
* Foster a collaborative work environment whilst
What We're Looking For:
* Proven track record of exceeding individual targets and driving team success
* Experience within travel, tourism, events, or lifestyle industries is advantageous
* Excellent organisational and performance management skills
* Possesses strategic business insight paired with strong operational discipline
* 4+ years sales experience, including minimum 2 years in a leadership position
