We are seeking a self motivated talented field service Refrigeration / Air Conditioning technician to join our team in Port Macquarie.
Mackie Electric & Refrigeration are located in Mid North Coast with offices/showrooms in Taree, Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour employing approx. 60+ staff. Mackies established in 1953 are family company offering job security with professional growth.
Job Role
Covering the Mid North Coast you will be directed by our team to carry out tasks working on vast range of sites which could involve installations and fault diagnosis, through to repairs and preventative maintenance. You will be working on a range of refrigeration equipment including commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, cool rooms, supermarkets, club & pub refrigeration.
Ideally You the Technician will have the following:
* Great customer service & communication skills
* Possess the necessary skills and experience to perform the repair of all domestic, commercial and industrial systems
* Ability to be on a recurring on call roster
* Relevant NSW trade license
* Current NSW drivers license
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to work unsupervised
* The ability to work overtime as required.
Mackie's advantage - ongoing training to right person with most of our technicians having electrical and refrigeration/air conditioning trades
