About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Amenities Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our workplace facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for staff and visitors.
The position is Monday to Friday, starting at 1:00pm, with a minimum of 5 hours per shift and finish times varying depending on completion of duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and sanitise bathrooms, toilets, showers, and change rooms
* Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
* Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
* Clean floors, mirrors, sinks, and high-touch surfaces
* Hosing and using strong chemicals to clean all areas
* Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
* Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
* Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in a tidy condition
About You
* Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Strong attention to detail
* Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards
* Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Pay: $30.35 – $33.00 per hour
