We require a seasoned professional with extensive experience in residential mortgage lending and sales, who can effectively build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers and aggregator partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute state-level business plans, growth strategies, and market expansion initiatives in collaboration with aggregator state teams.
* Lead and manage a team of BDMs, providing guidance on loan structures and ensuring team performance meets sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
* Represent the organization at broker and aggregator functions, showcasing our value proposition and expanding our network.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated background in residential mortgage lending and sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit criteria, and lending structures.
