About the Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant / Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily store operations. You will provide knowledgeable advice on skincare and cosmetic products, maintain high store standards, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional shopping experience
* Assist customers with product enquiries and recommend suitable healthcare/skincare and beauty products
* Maintain excellent store presentation, including cleaning, ticketing, facing up, and neat product bays
* Stay informed on current promotions, new product launches, and beauty trends
* Contribute ideas for in-store displays, promotions, and sales events
* Participate in ongoing product training
* Meet individual monthly KPIs
* Stock filling, replenishment, and inventory management
* Assist with receiving, transferring, and distributing stock across stores
* Support general customer service and maintain overall store cleanliness
About You
