We are currently seeking a Service Manager to join our team in Mackay, QLD. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of Epiroc equipment and resources at the customer site, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer expectations and consistently deliver outstanding service
* Oversee daily activities to meet business objectives and ensure timely service delivery
* Manage service job costs, including labor and resource allocation
* Monitor and manage work in progress to ensure project milestones are met
* Prepare and submit reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Adhere to OHS, Quality, and Environmental policies, both for Epiroc and our customers
* Complete KPI-related tasks and provide regular reporting on performance
* Perform other administrative duties as required
Key Requirements:
* Mechanical trade qualifications or equivalent
* Proven leadership and people management skills
* Extensive experience in maintaining surface/underground mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low-voltage electrical repairs
* Experience in both preventative and breakdown maintenance
* Strong customer service skills with a professional and proactive approach
* High level of computer literacy and administrative skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
