Your New Role

We are looking for multiple Technical Support Consultants to join a leading telecommunications onsite team in Melbourne, starting in February 2026. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, technical guidance and connectivity solutions to keep customers connected.

You'll work across inbound calls and digital messaging. This is a dynamic role where you'll build universal technical skills and play a key part in delivering first-call resolutions.

This is a full-time, 24/7 rotating roster, Monday–Sunday, based onsite in Melbourne. Sample shifts include:

* Morning: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
* Day: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
* Mid: 12:00 PM – 08:00 PM
* Evening: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
* Night: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM (+1)

Your Responsibilities

* Monitor, troubleshoot, and engage with customers via voice and digital platforms
* Provide technical support for escalated mobile and fixed service enquiries
* Manage complex matters with end-to-end ownership to deliver timely solutions
* Liaise with specialist teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues
* Collaborate with peers to share insights and continuously improve the customer journey
* Actively contribute to transformative projects and evolving service standards

* Quick Learner: Ability to absorb new concepts and apply them effectively

* Knowledgeable: Familiarity with mobile, fixed, and data products is highly regarded
* Technical Mindset: Previous experience in a service desk or technical support role is highly regarded
