Job Description
* Support the maintenance and enhancement of finance systems and controls.
* Assist with system updates, including testing, configuration, and rollout of improvements.
* Contribute to monthly reporting cycles
* Provide ad‐hoc financial insights and reporting to stakeholders across the organisation.
* Help maintain strong data accuracy, governance, and compliance through validation and documentation.
* Participate in projects aimed at system upgrades, automation, and improved reporting capability.
* Review existing finance processes and recommend opportunities for efficiency and better practices.
* Work with teams (partnering closely with IT) across the business to embed improved processes and support capability building.
The Successful Applicant
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or similar
* CA/CPA qualification (or close to completion)
* Demonstrated experience working across systems accounting projects or finance transformation involving an ERP migration etc.
* Strong technical accounting foundation, proficiency in financial reporting and compliance.
* High powered analytical/excel skills
* Excellent ability to communicate and partner across the entire business
* Process improvement mindset and ability to constantly question the status quo
