Pay: $***** per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading).
Working hours: 6:00 am - 2:06 pm, Monday – Friday.
Our client, one of Australia's leading manufacturers of roll-formed steel building products, has an exciting casual opportunity for a Machine Operator in Maddington.
Responsibilities
Manual handling of sheetmetal products, lengths 1 m – 3 m long.
Products include flashings, cladding, steel coils.
Receive training to use overhead crane to load steel coils onto machines.
Remove products off the side of the machine and store in racking.
Ensure machines are operating at full capacity, stocked with required materials, well-maintained and perform periodic checks on output.
Qualifications
Experience as a machine operator.
Experience within steel/metal distribution or manufacturing (desirable).
Immediate availability.
Valid National Police Clearance within 3 months or ability to obtain.
Pass a medical and drug & alcohol screen.
