**As the Store Manager, you'll lead your team to deliver the best possible experience to your customers every dayand hit some exciting goals along the way.**
**About You**
- 3+ years of retail management experience in a retail environment
- Optical knowledge is desired but not essential
- Strong working knowledge of management best practices
- Ability to use critical thinking
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent time management
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management
- Strong and consistent customer service
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to manage teams and/or wide range of personalities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong style sense and an eye for merchandising
