What We Are Looking For:
* A positive, team-focused attitude and a desire to grow

* Strong communicator who is happy to chase things up and tick off a to-do-list.
* Experience in admin preferred (bonus if it is in mortgage broking or financial services)
* Tech savvy and organised (Experience preferred in Excel, Outlook and Chrome. Bonus if you have knowledge in MyCRM, Apply Online [AOL], lender tools)

Role 1: Settlements & Client Care Co-Ordinator – Full time
Due to our continued growth, we need someone to own the client journey from Approval to Settlement and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
* Track progress and manage key milestones
* Liaise with lenders, clients, conveyancers, and the internal team
* Manage documents, discharges, updates and settlement confirmations.
* Send scheduled check-ins and manage the ongoing client care elements to ensure the client is always looked after.
* Maintain customer management system (MyCRM) with updated client/property data.

Role 2: Client Manager – Part-Time or Casual
Support our Operations Manager with tasks throughout the full client journey from Enquiry to ongoing client care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Operations Manager with file progress and deal flow
* Complete pricing and valuation requests and assist with policy research
* Handle admin tasks and assist with follow ups
* Ensure a high standard of communication at every touch point
* Are detail-driven and love ticking off a to-do-list
* Flexibility in hours and days you work
