Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse portfolio of projects across the education and hospitality sectors, with total values between $10M and $40M.
* Oversee project lifecycle including procurement, methodology, programming, budgeting, and reporting.
* Foster effective relationships with clients and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with a national team of 180 staff to drive business growth and contribute to strategic objectives.
About You
* Possess tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, or Civil Engineering.
* Demonstrate experience as a Project Manager or Project Director within a Tier 2 construction environment.
* Proven ability to deliver construct-only and design & construct projects up to $40M in the education and hospitality sectors.
* Develop strong stakeholder management skills and knowledge of industry best practices, QHSE legislation, and commercial acumen.
* Effectively manage reporting, progress claims, variations, negotiation, and dispute resolution processes.
