As the Site Manager, you will be the central coordinator for the installation and commissioning of automation systems at client facilities.Your ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate all phases of on-site activities, from mobilisation to final installation.Supervise the progress of works, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality and safety standards.Organise and execute the final testing and commissioning of the systems.Act as the primary interface between the client, external suppliers, and internal technical teams.Collaborate closely with the Field Manager, reporting on project progress and managing any issues that arise.Who We're Looking For (Essential Requirements)Must hold Australian Permanent Residency.Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Site Manager or in coordinating complex construction/installation sites.A background in related industries such as industrial automation or manufacturing.Solid technical knowledge of automation systems.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (proficiency in AutoCAD is required).
A valid driver's license and your own vehicle.Full availability to travel approximately 70% of the time.Strong flexibility and adaptability in dynamic and fast-paced environments.Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders at all levels.What We OfferOur client is committed to providing a competitive package and a work environment that values its people.
