Join Gather by Cater as a Casual Catering Assistant at our education site in Townsville.
You'll support the kitchen team with food prep and service, helping create a positive and enjoyable dining experience. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking casual, flexible work in a friendly team setting.
Roster: Various days & hours
What This Role Involves
Assisting with food preparation
Customer service - serving our students and staff meals and snacks
Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
Dishwashing and maintaining clean kitchen and dining areas
Following all food safety and hygiene standards
Desired Skills And Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Experience in food preparation and/or customer service
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent presentation and communication skills
A friendly, positive attitude
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
