The Role

* We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team, reporting directly to the Clinical Services Manager. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide assessments and therapy services to support community access, enhance independence in activities of daily living, self-care, provision of assistive equipment and home modifications, cognitive assessment and support strategies, fine motor and upper limb skills within the home and community settings.
* You will work closely with our Senior Physiotherapist and other Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality services to a diverse range of clients, including seniors, with the potential to provide brokered services to external stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing ongoing evaluation and review of client's progress in line with their personal goals and plans, developing and delivering therapy programs, ensuring appropriate consultation with relevant stakeholders, maintaining clinical records, client documentation and providing information and report on services delivered.


What We're Looking For

* Relevant Degree qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Previous experience in the Aged Care sector is desirable but not essential.
* Able to build trusting, working relationships throughout the organisation to support a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach.
