Projects from smaller up to $10m+, running multiple concurrent projects.
Our client is a leading project management consultancy with an established pipeline of Hospitality, Retail, Industrial and Commercial projects across new build as well as fit out / refurbishment up to $100m+. They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their successful team.
You will be working alongside one of the Directors. The business has been rapidly expanding. They are a high-functioning boutique client-side PM consultancy with a multi-state presence. The projects will involve managing multiple concurrent jobs from smaller to $10m throughout different stages of the project lifecycle.
The candidate can come from a head contractor or a client side/consultancy background; however, having some client side/consultancy experience is preferred.

Reporting to: QLD Director
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing regulatory approvals Design coordination Stakeholder management and liaison Working in a "live" environment (some buildings may remain open during construction) Health and safety Program management Contract administration Construction management of project delivery Management of site variations and design changes Cost management Qualifications and Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar 4-7+ years' experience in a client-side PM role; head contractor experience is a plus Proven end-to-end project management skills from concept to completion Experience with program management, managing timelines and critical paths Experience managing multiple smaller projects Experience in commercial fit-out projects is advantageous This is a permanent full-time position offering the chance to work with a successful and growing organization that provides challenging work and career progression opportunities.
