About the role
As the Onboarding Journey Marketing Manager, you'll design strategies and deliver programs that guide customers from signup through to activation and their first moments of value. Working within an agile,crossfunctional squad, you'll blend digital and customer behavioural insights, lifecycle thinking, communicationexpertiseto createand deliver onboarding experiences that feel intuitive and genuinely helpful.
You'll map and optimise the onboarding journey across multiple channels, champion customer needs, and continuously test and refine to improve activation, engagement and early retention.
What you will be doing
* Designing and optimising multichannel onboarding journeys
* Building automated and personalised communications across email, inapp, SMS, web and frontline channels
* Running experiments and using insights to improve activation and reduce early dropoff - always thinking about how to optimise the flow of communications and interactions
* Partnering with stakeholders across the business to align messaging, flows and customer experience
* Documenting frameworks and sharing best practice across the organisation
* Your day will be varied and you'll be truly integrated across various parts of the business
What you bring
* Strong experience in customer or lifecycle marketing
* Expertise in digital journey automation – this is critical
* Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A growth mindset and team player with a passion for continuous improvement
