This pivotal role of a Mechanical Supervisor Utility & Process Services Leader is responsible for overseeing the management & operation of utility systems & process services within a industrial plant. This role ensures the availability, reliability, and optimization of utility services such as steam, water, gas, electricity, and other essential process services. This role requires a strong understanding of utility systems, process engineering, project management & regulatory compliance.

Experience & Qualifications
* Extensive experience in utility system management, process engineering, or a related field.
* Knowledge of utility systems, including boilers and steam systems, chillers, compressors, pumps, distribution networks & ammonia or co2 refrigeration systems.
* Understanding of wastewater systems, both storage and treatment.
* Familiarity with process services such as steam, water treatment, air compression & gas systems.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies & tools.
* Understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards related to utility operations.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is a plus
* 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
