About the Role:
This is a challenging opportunity to drive institutional growth by developing, managing and growing international student recruitment agent networks. You will oversee strategic marketing, campaign execution and market research to identify opportunities for new and existing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective strategies to recruit international students through partner agents.
* Manage agent relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success in driving enrolment growth.
* Lead and coordinate end-to-end marketing and advertising campaigns to promote programmes and brand.
Required Skills:
* Proven track record in agent management, student recruitment or business development within international education.
* Strong understanding of compliance regulations within the Australian international education system.
* Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder engagement and leading effective marketing strategies.
* Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft 365 and other relevant software.
