The catering team at our venue is focused on delivering exceptional experiences for patrons and clients alike. As a leader in this team, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our events and functions.

\

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and motivate a team of catering staff to deliver high-quality services
\
2. Work closely with event managers to ensure seamless execution of events
\
3. Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
\
4. Manage stock and supplies effectively
\
5. Ensure excellent customer service standards are met
\
6. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
\
7. Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
\
8. Contribute to the development of menus and services that meet client needs
\
9. Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
\
10. Other duties as assigned by management
