Site Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager to lead our projects in Perth, WA.
About the role:
The successful candidate will support client-facing activities and manage a team of technicians. This role involves hands-on supervision of technicians on the job and ensuring the completion of project works on site.
Daily responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily activities on site to deliver quality service to clients
* Support minor service project management within assigned territory by assisting with scheduling, estimating, manpower analysis, material logistics, establishing performance standards, etc.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve high satisfaction ratings
* Assume responsibility for being the first point of escalation for administration team on technicians' behaviours/concerns
* Responsible for site set-outs, program & sequencing updates, liaising with contractors/suppliers, contract and HSEQ administration, material take-offs, material ordering, daily diary logs, defect inspections, reports, invoice checking, timesheet approvals, and purchase orders
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in fit-out and commercial refurbishments, 2 years as a supervisor
* Highly developed interpersonal skills
* Solid understanding of OH&S requirements
* Strong diagnostics and fault-finding abilities
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to manage and liaise professionally with subcontractors and clients on site
* Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint, and possessing a White Card and Police Check Clearance
