We are seeking a Manager for our clients first Line Technology Risk & Compliance team. This is a pivotal role, playing a critical part in the organisational structure.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee a growing team, ensuring effective management and support.
* Demonstrate a strong background in technology and cyber risk, including expertise in data security and managing cyber incidents.
* Lead with a strategic mindset, focusing on operational team strategy, planning, and the development of credible working relationships.
* Engage directly with Technology General Managers, contributing to the strategic direction and reporting on progress.
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience in technology, with a strong preference for candidates who have a first-line tech risk background. Second Line of Defence experience will be considered.
* Proven expertise in managing technology and cyber risks, with a preference for candidates knowledgeable in CPS 234.
* Demonstrated ability to manage significant change, indicating this role is suited for individuals who are resilient and adaptable.
* Excellent people management skills, with an ability to build and develop strong, credible relationships.
* A hands-on approach, combined with the ability to think strategically and plan for the future
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or an IT related discipline.
* CISA or CRISC certification desirable.
