About Us:
World of Kids is a proudly family-owned and operated early childhood service, established in 2004 in Mandurah, Western Australia. We operate vibrant, high-quality long daycare services in Mandurah and Halls Head, with an exciting new centre currently under development in Coodanup.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Manager to join our leadership team at our World of Kids Halls Head centre, a 43-place service offering facilities designed to support both educators and children in a nurturing and engaging environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* In-depth understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and the assessment and rating system
* Knowledge of Xplor and CCMS administration
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Leadership position
* At least 5 years of total experience in the early childhood sector
* Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks
* Proven experience in team leadership, conflict resolution, and performance management
* Strong ability to foster a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* First Aid/CPR, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
* National Child Safety Training Certificate
