Front of House Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily front of house operations, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Key responsibilities include delivering and maintaining outstanding customer service, training, supporting, and guiding both new and existing team members.
Weekends, evenings and public holiday availability are a must.
Requirements
* Previous experience supervising or leading a team (minimum 1 year preferred)
* A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Solid working knowledge of food and beverage service
* Unrestricted right to work in Australia
* A valid, unrestricted Approved Manager's Card
