We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage key infrastructure projects.
* Provide expert guidance on infrastructure planning to assist with the development of our Strategic Asset Management Plan.
* Oversee the operational requirements, maintenance, and lifecycle planning of high-voltage power networks.
* Ensure safety, risk mitigation, and compliance with regulations.
* Lead project teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and budget management for major engineering infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong leadership skills to manage diverse teams and drive performance. Proven experience in capital works and infrastructure project management. The ability to influence and negotiate to achieve strategic objectives.
A track record of developing strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Experience in a large, multi-disciplinary organisation providing policy advice, technical project support, and managing project outcomes in public realm and built environments.
