This position plays a pivotal leadership and clinical coordination role, delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to individuals diagnosed with prostate cancer. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing this disease.
* The selected professional will be responsible for ensuring seamless care throughout the patient journey, from diagnosis to treatment and beyond.
* They will provide expert clinical advice and foster high standards of practice consistent with RMCLHN and SA Health policies.
* Additionally, they will support nursing staff and other health professionals while leading the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the Prostate Care Program.
