**Position Overview**
As a Casual Fast Food Team Member, you'll be the face of PattySmiths, helping to create a great experience for our customers. Whether you're making sure orders are prepared quickly, keeping the kitchen running smoothly, or interacting with customers at the counter, your role is vital to delivering the PattySmiths experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**: Greet and serve customers with a smile, taking orders and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of food, including assembling burgers, fries, and other menu items according to our standards.
- **Kitchen Support**: Help keep the kitchen clean and organized, following safety and hygiene procedures.
- **Cash Handling**: Operate the register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a fast and efficient service environment.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Ensure the restaurant is kept clean and tidy, both front and back of house.
- **Adhere to Health & Safety Guidelines**: Follow all workplace safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
