Job Opportunity
We are currently seeking a results driven Leading Hand to lead the efficient operation of the Field Service department, ensuring it operates safely and profitably through coordination of all activities in accordance with staff and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all elements of the department as directed to achieve growth and profitability in accordance with the Branch requirements.
* Provide a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering upon the Customer Support Charter Standards.
* Develop, lead and mentor staff who are assigned to the service department to achieve a high level of morale and engagement.
* Liaise with other departments and suppliers to provide a high level of customer service and support.
* Manage and assist with apprentice development.
* Ensure all staff and contractors conform to the Komatsu Health and Safety Policies and that continuous improvement measures are implemented.

Location: Mudgee
What We Are Looking For
* Possess leadership skills.
* Ability to direct staff and ensure objectives are met.
* Qualified Plant Mechanic.
* Ability to provide a high level of customer service in line with our Customer Support Charter.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety.
* Good computer skills, understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office.
* C classification driver's licence.
* Ability to work unsupervised.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
* Cert 3 Heavy vehicle.
* Supervisor certificate S1, S2, S3 (Desirable).
* Previous Product knowledge.
