About the Role
We're looking for a
Web Designer
to join our Ballarat-based team full-time.
In this role, you'll design and develop visually engaging, high-performing websites that deliver outstanding user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with our clients and internal team to bring concepts to life — from initial wireframes through to fully responsive, live sites.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Designing and developing responsive websites and digital interfaces.
* Creating layouts, graphics, and visual assets that align with brand identity.
* Collaborating with clients to interpret and translate their vision.
* Working alongside developers and designers to deliver polished, functional web solutions.
* Managing design assets and maintaining quality across all digital outputs.
What We're Looking For
Core Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in
Web Design
and
Responsive Design

* Strong
Front-End Development
skills with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
* Proficiency in
Graphic Design
and visual layout composition.
* Ability to interpret client goals into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
* Excellent
communication

collaboration
, and
problem-solving
skills.
Technical Proficiency
* Strong knowledge of
WordPress
and popular page builders (e.g.
Elementor
,
WP Bakery
, etc).
* Confident working within
cPanel
environments and managing backend structures.
* Experience using
Figma
for design collaboration and
Adobe Creative Suite
for asset creation.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
