The Brown and Hurley Group is growing rapidly and seeks team members for our Innisfail location. In this role, you will learn to interpret and sell parts to customers, source parts for the service team, undertake stock takes, and perform administrative and other parts-related duties.
About You:
* Interested in a parts career within the agricultural retail industry
* Eager to learn, customer-focused, sales-driven, an excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, with good organisational and computer skills
* Forklift licence (desirable)
* Knowledge of New Holland or Case IH parts (desirable)

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Shadow and assist parts colleagues
* Participate in parts interpreting, sales, warehousing, and delivery duties
* Provide exceptional customer service and sell parts to customers
* Develop skills and knowledge in the trade
* Identify machinery make, model, and variation to meet customer and workshop parts needs
* Learn about parts inventory to encourage additional purchases
* Process payments and prepare invoices
