Key responsibilities include: Creating and executing a strategic sales plan tailored to each product division Actively generating and converting leads into long-term customers Managing the full sales cycle – quoting, negotiating, and closing deals Developing strong relationships with builders, site teams, and decision-makers Delivering technical and product support across the lifecycle of a project Attending industry events, site visits, and networking opportunities WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We're after a self-motivated BDM with strong commercial instincts and a solid background in selling construction materials or building products.You'll bring: 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales within building materials, manufacturing, or trade supply Proven ability to sell into builder, contractor, or developer channels Experience managing a territory and delivering growth results Familiarity with construction procurement cycles and on-site relationships A solutions-based approach with a focus on long-term value Excellent communication and self-management skills ABOUT THE COMPANY: This company is a trusted supplier to Queensland's top builders and developers, offering a broad product portfolio across multiple divisions.
