Managing your own client portfolio and processing end-to-end payrolls Importing payroll data into payroll software and maintaining accurate payroll records Acting as the primary contact for your clients, managing queries and delivering fantastic customer support Identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance service delivery and team efficiency Maintaining up-to-date client payroll manuals and ensuring all manual checks and calculations are accurate Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, including Fair Work, PAYG, Superannuation, and STP Communicating any risks to service delivery promptly and realistically to clients and internal stakeholders Proactively contributing to solutions and mitigations when issues arise Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal control standards Does this sound like you?
