Administration Manager
EASA is seeking a highly organised Administration Manager to keep our operations running smoothly across the NT and support our leadership team to deliver high‑quality counselling and wellbeing services to our communities. You'll coordinate core office functions, governance workflows, and finance‑adjacent processes, contributing to reliable reporting and a great staff and client experience. Key responsibilities
* Review payroll and debtor reports on a fortnightly cycle in coordination with Finance.
* Manage office operations, current projects, and working committees; maintain OH&S and security compliance.
* Prepare agendas and minutes for leadership meetings; track actions and follow through on decisions for leadership and Board.
* Support the CEO and leadership team with regular reporting, including contributions to the Annual Report and newsletters.
* Maintain counselling systems and ensure accurate data entry and usage reporting; collaborate with managers on data insights for strategic and Board reporting.
* Assist with contract management logistics and tailored reporting for external partners; facilitate stakeholder communication and confidential feedback.
* Uphold governance: help develop and review policies and procedures; ensure compliance with privacy and child‑safety obligations.
About you
* Proven experience in office/administration management and team support within a dynamic, multi‑site environment.
* Minimum 5+ years of administration/office management experience required.
* Experience in the NFP/community services sector is preferred but not essential.
* Systems‑focused, detail‑oriented, and confident using Microsoft Office/SharePoint and modern productivity tools.
* Clear, adaptable communicator who's comfortable being concise and firm where necessary; reliable, structured work style.
* Familiarity with governance, confidentiality, and compliance requirements (e.g privacy and child safety).
* Working with Children Check must be obtained before starting employment.
