Job Description
* Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
* Conduct budget forecasting and variance analysis to ensure financial goals are met.
* Collaborate with internal departments to optimise financial processes and outcomes.
* Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Analyst should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* A thorough understanding of accounting principles and public sector regulations.
