* Support employers with practical advice and workplace adjustments to help participants thrive.
What you'll bring
You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.
* A great ability to build trust and connect with a variety of people, from participants to employers.
* An enthusiasm to advocate for inclusive hiring and creating opportunities for people.
* Clear communicator who can explain ideas simply and work collaboratively with teams.
* Experience in a customer service or employment support setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
