As a key member of our Quality Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing, developing, and implementing our site's GMP training system. Your leadership skills and experience in workplace training and assessment will enable you to effectively develop and deliver training programs that meet our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in workplace training and assessment or equivalent work experience. Prior supervisory/leadership experience and knowledge of the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry are also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, manage, and maintain our site's Training program/system, policies, and procedures
* Collaborate with corporate training resources to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and expectations
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends related to training and implement best practices
* Report on Training compliance/performance and status metrics to Site Management Team, Site Leadership Team, and Corporate Management
* Represent the compliance of the Training System to regulatory agencies and customers/clients
* Support the onboarding of new hires
* Collaborate with line managers to develop required training curricula
* Promote a culture of training and learning across the site
* Lead, coach, mentor, and develop direct reports

* External: Regulatory authorities, customers/clients, consultants/contractors
