The role of the Senior Allied Health Manager is crucial in providing operational management and overseeing the everyday running of programmes and activities.
The team includes a group of Physiotherapists Exercise Physiologists a Dietitian and Allied Health Assistant who assist in running a variety of gym individual hydrotherapy and community based programmes.
This role is open to considering Nurses Social Workers Psychologists Physiotherapists Exercise Physiologists who have experience and aptitude in supervising allied health staff in a centre-based environment.
Key requirements for this position include:
- A proven record of professional achievement in an Allied Health environment
- Experience and aptitude in managing and leading a team.
- Extensive experience providing Allied Health services to older adults and / or people with disability.
- Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to develop and maintain a professional and positive team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
**Essential Requirements:**
- NDIS Screening Workers Check or willingness to obtain.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion or willingness to obtain.
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
