Key Responsibilities
* Back Office Operations: Handle all day-to-day back-office tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations.
* Maintain accurate records: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for internal processes.
* Data entry and verification: Manage data entry and verification to ensure the accuracy of information.
* Client Interaction: Attend and respond to client calls professionally and provide timely assistance; address client queries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to the concerned divisions; build and maintain positive relationships with clients by offering exceptional client service.
* New Enquiries: Handle new clients inquiries promptly via phone, email, or other communication channels; assist potential clients with information regarding services, pricing, and processes; record and track all new inquiries for follow-up and reporting purposes.
* KYC Account Opening: Process KYC (Know Your Customer) account openings for new clients in compliance with regulatory guidelines; verify customer documentation and ensure that all KYC requirements are met; work closely with the compliance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of KYC data.
* NBFC Process Support: Assist in non-banking financial company (NBFC) processes, including loan disbursements, customer verifications, and documentation; coordinate with the finance team to streamline NBFC operations; ensure adherence to NBFC-related regulations and company policies.
* Administrative Support: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members; handle incoming and outgoing mail, email correspondence.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* Prior experience in back-office operations, client servicing, or administrative support roles.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
