We are seeking a design-savvy, service-obsessed professional to join our Perth Showroom team. As a luxury design expert, you will be responsible for guiding clients through a tailored and inspiring design journey delivering exceptional client experiences from consultation to aftercare.
* Welcome and guide clients through a bespoke design process
* Cultivate strong product knowledge and apply a styling lens to every interaction
* Collaborate with your team to achieve personal and shared sales goals
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* A confident communication style with a natural flair for design and aesthetics
* Experience in luxury retail, hospitality or client service environments
* Possess a passion for interiors and transforming homes into elevated spaces
* Be goal-oriented and energised by a fast-paced, high-performing culture
* Self-motivated, detail-driven, and committed to excellence
* Fluent in English - Mandarin language skills highly regarded
