Job Title: Help Desk Technician
Axiom Technologies is a global IT solutions provider. Our team is seeking a skilled and resourceful Help Desk Technician to join our desktop support team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and accurate on-site/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment.
* Coordinate activities ranging from simple to complex plans.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including Windows 10/11 admin troubleshooting, Intune, cloud, and thick build machines.
* Keep up with Windows app and update release information.
* Support web applications for Edge or Chrome.
Requirements:
* At least 3+ years of experience in Level 2/3 desktop support.
* Windows 10 or 11 Admin troubleshooting experience of Intune, cloud, and thick build machines.
* Knowledge of Active Directory, Group policies, and PowerShell scripting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Excellent customer service ethic and great communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, PC/Laptop hardware, and PC/Laptop peripherals.
* Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and SCCM.
Preferred Qualifications:
* PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification.
* CompTIA A+ Certification.
* Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area.
* Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification.
