We are seeking a Senior Individual to Lead the on-site execution of complex, high-technology platform installations within the healthcare sector. This is not just a supervisory role; it is a position for a high-accountability leader who wants to own the site strategy, drive subcontractor performance, and ensure the delivery of critical life-safety systems in hospitals and aged care facilities.
The Role
As the Senior Site Operations Lead, you will be the primary authority on-site. You will be accountable for the safe, commercially controlled, and high-quality execution of technology projects.
Key areas of leadership include:
* Operational Site Control: Directing all site installation and commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules and client expectations.
* Subcontractor Management: Selecting, briefing, and holding subcontractors accountable for performance, quality, and contract compliance.
* Commercial Protection: Proactively identifying variations and risks to safeguard project margins and revenue.
* Safety & Governance: Driving a "right-first-time" culture, ensuring strict adherence to WHS legislation, permits, and quality management systems.
* Stakeholder Authority: Acting as the senior contact for hospital facility managers, builders, and internal project teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth handovers.

Your Background
* Mandatory License: A current Open Cabling License (ACMA).
* Qualifications: A relevant trade or technical qualification (Electrical, ICT, Telecommunications, or Engineering).
* Site Authority: Proven experience leading complex project sites and managing multiple trade disciplines/subcontractors.
* Safety First: A strong focus on WHS legislation, including a White Card and First Aid certification.
* Mindset: A proactive, "ownership" mentality with the ability to manage changing priorities in high-pressure environments.
* Mobility: A valid Australian Driver's License and a willingness to travel to local sites as required.
