Main Responsibilities:
* Lead daily lab operations to meet service and quality key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Resolve customer complaints through root cause analysis.
* Monitor and manage Unit Manufacturing Costs (UMC).
* Drive initiatives to enhance production processes.
* Foster a culture of accountability and ownership among team members.
You will lead our New Zealand Fit Centre at Henderson Laboratory, working closely with commercial teams to ensure seamless business execution.
You bring exceptional leadership skills, operational know-how, and a customer-first mindset. While industry experience is beneficial, your passion for driving results and empowering teams will set you apart.
