We are seeking a skilled Chef to lead our culinary team and contribute to the success of our dining establishment in The Barossa Valley.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement menu plans that showcase local produce and cater to customer tastes
* Spearhead food preparation, quality control, and safety standards to maintain exceptional culinary standards
* Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and materials


Requirements

* Commercial Cookery qualification
* A minimum of 2.5 years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
